First Square. :D
Well, I have the first couple of squares done for the hearth rug and still have 12 more to go. 1 large and 11 small. I'm a bit unsure of what they want me to do though. Not in the instructions but in the design itself. They want me to cut out a star shape in the middle of one of the squares and leave it open. I'm not really sure I want to do that since I've always tossed rugs with holes in them. lol So what do you all think? Should I cut it out or add something in it?

New Project
So, I've been having this problem with getting into my current projects so I went out and bought the supplies for another project. *shame on me* lol Sooooooooo, without further ado, my newest project that I plan on starting today. ☺
I plan on starting on the hearth rug first
with a few adjustments on color of course. ;)

Oh the Horror! :'(
In getting out one of my projects last night that I wanted to work on, I discovered, to my heartache, that the pattern for it was missing! I'm really going to have to search every square inch of my place to find it because I just love this and it's almost done! It's so beautiful with the gold accents, I had to pick it up.

Another Current Project
While trying to ignore yesterday, I once again tried to work on this.
This is a king size afghan I've been working on for a pretty long time. lol
I stopped working on it for a while because the one I was making it for
up and moved away and I couldn't think of anyone else to give it to.
Now I have someone in mind that I think might enjoy it.
So I've once again continued to work on it.
